Location: Georgia (Relocation Required – No Local Candidates Within 50 Miles)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 Midnight
Duration: 13 Weeks
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a hospital-based role in Georgia. This position is a 13-week contract with a Monday-Friday evening shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 Midnight). Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health Social Work.
- Acute Care Hospital experience is required.
- Active Georgia LCSW Certification.
- Current AHA BLS Certification.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical social work services within a hospital setting.
- Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support patients and families in navigating complex healthcare and psychosocial issues.
