Join our team as a Business Analyst and play a crucial role in driving our business forward!
As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, ensure effective training, and support project implementation. Your strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights will be instrumental in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new processes and procedures with business architects, communication, and training teams.
- Identify and address potential gaps in processes, training, and communication.
- Collaborate with the SM project team to support project rollout.
- Develop and analyze metrics to measure business performance.
- Facilitate organizational change and ensure successful transitions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective engagement.
- Utilize tools like deployment flow charts and swim lanes to visualize processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in MS Office applications and data visualization tools.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of CC&B, FAS, MIB, SAP, and OIS.
- Experience in metrics development and deployment.
- Organizational Change Management experience.
- Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Visio, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Utility industry experience.
