Job Description
- Under general supervision, evaluates customer's needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly.
- Responsible for ensuring proper stocking of client-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
- Assists in unloading products and deliveries.
- Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
- Ensures warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner.
- Follows all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
- May be required to perform open/close procedures.
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 2 years of related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
