Job Description:
Are you passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment? As an EHS Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
- Training Coordination: Schedule, track attendance, and maintain records for EHS training programs.
- Safety Culture Promotion: Support safety initiatives and programs to foster a culture of safety.
- Compliance Assurance: Assist with safety inspections and audits, documenting findings and tracking corrective actions.
- Communication and Outreach: Develop and disseminate safety communications, including newsletters, posters, and email updates.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries and requests related to EHS issues, providing guidance and support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and presentations for EHS meetings and management reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in environmental health and safety or a related field
- Basic understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or coursework related to EHS or occupational health and safety
- Familiarity with EHS management systems
- Certification or training in EHS-related topics
- Experience with EHS software or database management systems
