Job Description

Job Title : Legal Financial Analyst / Coordinator

Contract Duration : 10 Months

Work Type : Hybrid, 3-4 days in the office

Location : Portland, OR

Description :

The legal PO management function is transferring from Corporate Legal to the business.
This individual will be responsible for budget management of legal POs and working closely with the legal team to create and manage POs.
In addition, will support the Budgets & Performance team with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements :

Working with the legal team to create PR / POs.

Ensuring there is enough budget / AC to cover these POs.

Verifying the AO is correct – Either reject or correct, sometimes PO requests for construction projects are sent and these need to go to the project manager.

In addition to Opex, this individual will be responsible for Capex PR / POs for legal as well. Currently, this is being managed by the Organic Growth team.

Title / Land lease Legal PO's will also be managed by this individual.

In addition, ad-hoc tasks for the B&P team

SAP Experience is a plus.

Must possess excellent attention to detail, communicate clearly, be organized, deadline-oriented, and manage multiple projects at any given time.

Individuals must have an Associate / or bachelor's degree and have prior experience with paralegal / financial analysis or accounting background to be successful in this role.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is preferred.
