- Patient Care : Oversee and coordinate patient care, including head-to-toe assessments, ER transfers, and admission / order verification.
- Staff Management : Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Clinical Documentation : Utilize PointClickCare EMR to accurately document patient care and progress.
- Quality Assurance : Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including infection control and safety protocols.Required Qualifications :
- Licensure : Valid New York RN license
- Certification : BLS certification
- Experience : Previous experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care setting preferred
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Availability : 12-hour night shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM, with overtime after 48 hoursAbout the Facility :
- 168-bed long-term care facility
- A mix of long-term, short-term, and dementia care
- No trach or vent patients
