Job Title : Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative - 1st Shift
Location : West Chester, PA
Duration : 3-month Contract
Work Type : Onsite
Shift / Time Zone : Monday-Friday 6 : 30 AM - 3 PM, every other Saturday
About the Role : As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
Your primary responsibilities include :
- Phlebotomy : Accurately drawing blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Patient Interaction : Building rapport with patients, explaining procedures, and answering questions to create a positive and reassuring environment.
- Specimen Processing : Preparing blood samples for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Administrative Tasks : Maintaining accurate records, and documentation, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For :
- Customer Service Focus : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Certification : Phlebotomy certification is preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
