We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Interaction : Greet and interact with patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Phlebotomy : Perform accurate and efficient blood draws, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Specimen Processing : Prepare and label blood specimens for laboratory testing.
- Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Quality Assurance : Adhere to quality control procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
- 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
- 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
