Job Description:
Are you a skilled Phlebotomist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join our team as a Phlebotomist - Float and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
As a Phlebotomist - Float, you will be responsible for:
- Drawing quality blood samples from patients of all ages
- Preparing specimens for lab testing
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Working in various settings, including doctor's offices, patient service centers, and long-term care facilities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)
- Phlebotomy certification (preferred, required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
- Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PSC/IOP environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in keyboard/data entry
