Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Pay range: $20 to 24/hr
Location: Stockton, CA
Work Type: Onsite, Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Rotating Saturday 7 am - 12 pm
Job Description:
Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented healthcare professional? Join our team as a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients, explain procedures, and draw blood specimens accurately and safely.
Specimen Processing: Prepare blood specimens for lab testing, following established protocols.
Quality Assurance: Ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks, maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience. One( ) year of phlebotomy experience is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus.
Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric), strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
Shift Availability:
Flexibility: Must be available for weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.
