Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

As a PSR I, you will be the face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a positive and comfortable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Phlebotomy: Accurately drawing blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Patient Care: Providing excellent customer service, explaining procedures clearly, and creating a trusting atmosphere.
• Specimen Processing: Preparing blood specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records and documentation.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
• Minimum of 6 months experience, with 1 years of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
