Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

• Phlebotomy: Draw quality blood samples accurately and efficiently.
• Specimen Preparation: Prepare blood specimens for lab testing, adhering to established procedures.
• Patient Interaction: Create a positive and reassuring environment for patients, explaining procedures clearly and confidently.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations as needed.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience, with at least one year of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service experience is also beneficial.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant or Paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is required in certain states (California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
• Thursday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

• Fluency in Korean is preferred.
