Job Details
Title – Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis
Location – Roanoke, VA
Shift- 40hours/week (4x10)
Supervisory
- Eligible to serve as Team Leader or Nurse in Charge upon completion of onboarding and training.
o Must have at least 9 months of RN experience.
o Must have a minimum of 3 months of chronic/acute Hemodialysis RN experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and adjust individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis treatments, kidney health, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Participate in emergency response protocols and assist in critical care situations.
- Support, mentor, and guide Patient Care Technicians, LPNs/LVNs, and fellow RNs in daily operations.
- Ensure proper collection, processing, and documentation of lab specimens.
- Promote patient awareness of transplant and treatment modality options.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or completion prior to start).
- Must meet applicable state nursing practice requirements.

Pay: $2,150.00 - $2,250.00 per week
