Schedule: 7:30am 5pm, M-F

Work Location (Remote, Hybrid?): 1 Vanderbilt Avenue Corporate, New York; ONSITE

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful candidate will embody the Administrative Assistant role on the Sales & Trading floor. Expectation is to provide support to Research, Banking, and Sales departments (as well as external clients), and managing interactions between investors and corporate similar to Capital Markets, but with no underwriting accountabilities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Dat Entry
- Taking attendance
- Coordinating venues
- Supporting conferences
- Scheduling & marketing (zoom) meetings
MUST HAVE:
1). Tech savvy outlook, excel internal software
2). Strong verbal & written communication skills
3). Ability to manage high volumes
NICE TO HAVE:
1). Prior banking or FI experience
2). Prior data entry experience
