Job Responsibilities:
- Senior Business Analyst, validate requirements, user stories,
- Identify vulnerabilities, date patterns, incongruities root cause analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence
- Strong requirements elicitation skills and experience with
- Document analysis
- User Stories & Process Mapping
- Interpersonal skills that are adaptable and transferable to
- Stakeholder engagement (ability to work with all kinds of stakeholders)
- Assertiveness and desire to complete BA artifacts
- Understanding of Requirements Traceability (e.g Rock Crushing)
- Ability to communicate by being able to articulate
- What a BA is and the value they bring to an organization
- How the BA role evolves throughout the project delivery lifecycle
- Verifiable certifications are always a plus (eg CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.)
- Industry Knowledge
