The Building Maintenance Department in Seguin is seeking a
Part-Time Groundskeeper/Lawn Maintenance.
The starting salary for this position is $17.00-$19.00 per hour, exact pay rate will depend on experience. This Part-Time position will be approximately 25 hours a week. Schedule will be 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Job Duties Include:
- Knowledge of line trimmer and other lawn equipment
- Maintain grounds and flower beds
- Trim trees and bushes
- Water and fertilize grass and plants; apply annual pesticide
- Keep sidewalks and curb areas free of debris
- As well as other duties as assigned
Candidate must be self-motivated and a hard worker. Additionally, must have current valid Texas driver’s license, a working telephone number and be 18 years of age in order to comply with FLSA Hazardous Occupation regulations.
