What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative - Part Time position at GUADALUPE CREDIT UNION?
We are looking for a Part-Time Member Service Representative to process accurate transactions for credit union members, and look for ways we can financially empower those we serve.
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Starting Pay: $21.00
Part-Time: Minimum 30 hours per week
Schedule Varies: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Sat 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Communication: Effective communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, including the ability to understand and speak fluently.
Preferred Experience: Cash handling and customer service.
Position involves receiving and processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments with great accuracy.
Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Position can grow to include: Opening accounts, and processing loans, depending on experience.
