3 12 Hour shifts, days rotate weekly

Scope of Responsibility
Clinical Staff Pharmacists perform clinical and inpatient pharmacy tasks to include : Antibiotic stewardship, medication consults, renal dosing, verification and dispensing of medication orders, IV admixture preparation, patient and staff education and dissemination of drug information.
- Graduate of School of Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in State of Texas
- IV certification required
- Hospital pharmacy experience required
