Purpose of Position
Provides nursing care to a provide nursing care to patients placed in Hospice care.
Job Requirements
- Associates Degree Nurse or Bachelors of Science Nursing Degree
- Current licensure with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider
- Two years of Home Health, Hospice, ER or ICU experience preferred
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification preferred
- Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License, and current insurance coverage
