We are seeking a Communications Coordinator who will be guiding the important piece of company brand management. This individual will work in partnership with each department across Guarantee to ensure internal and external communication aligns with business goals, core values, and make recommendations for strategic communications.

Responsibilities: This is an on-site position
- Internal Communications - Routinely update and manage content for Greenlights, GECO Internal
- Newsletter, Living Our Guarantees, New Hire Announcements, and other GNet updates. Ensures
- internal communication align with business goals and core values.
- Writing - Actively writing for various needs of the marketing team. This role requires proficient writing style capabilities with an emphasis on technical writing for the AEC industry.
- Promotions - Solicit pricing from vendors, order and manage inventory of promotional items and marketing giveaways. Manage the Company Store, ensuring adequate supplies and up-to-date apparel.
- Marketing Strategy & Branding - Assist with the development of specific marketing strategies and media to promote and position company services. Monitor company's brand identity and provide consistent quality control and proofreading for brand standards.
- Event Management - Manage internal communications for events. Ensure that appropriate quantity and type of items are stocked/ordered for events. Assist with setup and breakdown of events as needed.
- Proposal Development - Provide support to the Proposal Specialist if needed to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience
- Behavioral Alignment with Our Guarantees
- A collaborator with all stakeholders internally and externally
- Exceptional organizational skills and project/program management skills
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling copy
- Required Proficiency: Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office; Preferred: Quickbase
- Some travel required
- Additional hours required outside of normal business hours for special events
