We are seeking an IT Hardware Support Specialist who enjoys a hands-on role focused on managing the hardware lifecycle for PCs and mobile devices, including iOS deployment and replacements. You will lead the migration to Windows 11 through device upgrades and replacements and create training materials and documentation for end users.

Responsibilities:
This is an on-site position with travel required between multiple offices and jobsites on a regular basis. Offices in South Saint Louis, City, and Granite City IL, Jobsites are located all over the greater St. Louis area
- Hardware Lifecycle: Manage the deployment of new hardware with windows Autopilot. Retire old hardware, upgrade laptops, and create hardware lifecycle process. Prepare devices for recycling/sale
- iOS Device Management: Manage iOS device deployment via MDM software, automate activations/replacements, app installations, and document AppleID processes. Research best practices and device syncing/backups
- Improving processes, creating and maintaining documentation
- On-going Training
Qualifications:
- Technical or vocational school education.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT deployment/integration.
- Preferred experience in construction software solutions.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and deployment experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to explain findings concisely and create actionable documentation.
- Experience with O365, Dell Latitude laptops, Apple iPhones/iPads, and business software.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista, FieldTime, Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, and FreshService.
- Humble, hungry, and smart mindset
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 2 years of IT experience with Windows Clients and iOS devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years in a professional environment and IT support.
