Application Development Intern

Guarantee Trust Life Insurance has an outstanding opportunity for a Summer 2025 Application Development Intern! If you want to create, build, work, and learn with other smart, innovative people come and join us!

An Application Development Intern is expected to perform programming and other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. The goal of this position is to offer college students real-life experience in an IT Department by experiencing job assignments and a work environment very similar to what they can expect after graduation. This role is required to be onsite in our Glenview, IL office five days per week. Our ideal candidate is an undergraduate Junior or Senior.

During this internship you will gain professional work experience by working on meaningful business projects. You will participate in full stack application development, collaborate in an Agile team to develop software using React, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and implement software solutions using existing software tools using Microsoft Technologies.
• Analyze, design, gather requirements, along with documentation for a variety of applications.

• Students in their Junior or Senior year that are working towards a Degree in Computer Science or other relevant degree. Please note we are considering undergraduate students only for this internship.

Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications. Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.
