Now is an ideal time to join the GTL team as we begin an exciting new chapter in our Omaha, Nebraska office! We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative. We offer an incentivized full-time onsite work arrangement and every Friday is a half-day!

Summary Of Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls/chats from policyholders, insurance agents and providers. They provide information regarding claim benefits, policy status, policy benefits, billing and premium information in the most efficient way possible. This person provides this information by the use of various internal systems. Our goal is to make every caller feel they have made the right choice in selecting GTL to service all of their insurance needs.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience, call center preferred
  • Experience in live chat and other digital communication channels preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, 1-­2 years of college preferred
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail plus ability to navigate within multiple systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word
  • Bilingual – Spanish a plus!

The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects potential pay for the job grade for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications. Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.
