- Build, test and implement software solutions while supporting existing software tools using React, .Net and related / supporting technologies.
- Analyze, design, gather requirements, and develop solutions to support Guarantee Trust.
- Research, create prototypes, keep up with best practices, and continually identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, maintain our web platforms and related technologies.
- Handle production issues and provide user assistance as needed.

- At least 5 years of professional experience as a developer.
- Experience developing enterprise solutions using .Net and React / Java.
- Experience using HTML, CSS, SQL Server, TFS, Azure DevOps, GIT, UI/UX design, and Web APIs in an professional environment
- Exposure to SQL databases, stored procedures, and queries.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Eagerness to creatively solve problems and suggest potential improvements proactively, with a strong sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities. Must be able to keep tabs on tasks, raise concerns when appropriate, and drive initiatives to completion independently.
- Organizational Skills: Strong personal organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain detailed notes, and prioritize effectively in an environment with evolving and changing priorities.
- Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage one’s own time effectively, identifying and focusing on the most critical tasks first in an environment with evolving priorities.
