We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Sales Support & Licensing here at Guarantee Trust Life, reporting to the VP of Sales Support & Administration!
We are in need of a highly motivated, hands on, results driven manager to oversee our sales support staff and identify process improvements to support the company’s Key Results. You will be a key conduit between our distribution partners and our Home Office while working with our Regional Sales Managers to identify sales growth opportunities.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 Years of sales management experience
- Excellent sales leadership, performance management and customer service skills
- Demonstrated success in supervising/managing people, meeting key performance metrics
- Lead by example philosophy with experience handling large sales organization with diverse personalities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working and communicating cross-functionally with internal administrative departments.
- Experience with life and health products and managing call center teams, a plus.
