We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensing Coordinator position here at Guarantee Trust Life, reporting to the Supervisor of Licensing! This individual will be part of a team that supports our agents by processing state appointments and renewals for various lines of business (Credit Life & Health, Agency Life & Health, Special Markets, AD & D). This includes, but is not limited to, performing credit/criminal background checks, executing General Agent Contracts, determining commission hierarchies/payouts and ensuring all are performed based on their specific agreements, and ensuring adherence to the individual state requirements and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing exceptional service and support
- Help onboard new agents by processing state appointments
- Provide ongoing day-to-day assistance using various systems, products and procedures
- Meet daily performance standards
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects potential pay for the job grade for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications. Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.

Qualifications
Education and Skills:
- 1 year of experience in licensing, insurance, agency or brokerage
- Strong data entry, organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
Salary : $24 - $26
