Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and train salespeople to follow a proven sales process with the aid of training materials.
- Track progress of salespeople on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Work with salespeople to set goals for the month. Work with those salespeople to attain those goals on a daily and weekly basis.
- Assist with the closing of sales deals.
- Facilitate the loan approval and delivery of sold units.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Successful professionals have come from a variety of backgrounds. While we are interested in a seasoned manager, we would be happy to talk to a candidate with automotive industry experience and history. The ideal candidate has a general background managing people of some sort, a hard working professional looking to make a career change.
- Auto Industry experience.
- Sales experience.
- Other experience will be considered with managerial work history.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Minimum of 5 years managing 5 or more people is a requirement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record are a must.
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
