Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and train salespeople to follow a proven sales process with the aid of training materials.
• Track progress of salespeople on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Work with salespeople to set goals for the month. Work with those salespeople to attain those goals on a daily and weekly basis.
• Assist with the closing of sales deals.
• Facilitate the loan approval and delivery of sold units.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Successful professionals have come from a variety of backgrounds. While we are interested in a seasoned manager, we would be happy to talk to a candidate with automotive industry experience and history. The ideal candidate has a general background managing people of some sort, a hard working professional looking to make a career change.

• Auto Industry experience.
• Sales experience.
• Other experience will be considered with managerial work history.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Minimum of 5 years managing 5 or more people is a requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license and a good driving record are a must.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
