We're looking to find our founding Associate, Market Operations role for our contracts and partnerships in California.
About the Role
As an Associate, Market Operations , you will play a critical role in supporting the operational success of healthcare partnerships in your assigned market. You will work closely with internal teams, provider partners, and contracted organizations to ensure smooth ongoing execution of market operations.
This role requires a strong operational mindset, data-driven problem-solving, and the ability to support key initiatives that improve patient care, financial performance, and provider engagement.
Salary - 75,000-90,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day market operations , ensuring efficient workflows and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and support local teams , including care teams and administrative staff, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Monitor caseloads to ensure patients are receiving timely, appropriate care while balancing workforce capacity.
- Support revenue cycle management (RCM) processes , including tracking claims, identifying reimbursement issues, and collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and collections.
- Assist in tracking market performance , analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted partners , acting as a key contact for operational needs and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams -including analytics, clinical operations, and implementation-to ensure operational efficiency and success.
- Attend and contribute to provider and internal meetings , ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and accountability.
- Monitor compliance with contractual agreements , ensuring that all operational requirements and performance benchmarks are met.
- Assist in implementing and optimizing processes to improve market performance, provider satisfaction, and patient outcomes.
- Contribute to market expansion efforts by identifying operational gaps and recommending scalable solutions.
