Role Overview
We’re looking to find a mission driven individual with deep healthcare operations experience to be our Vice President of Operations. Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for overseeing Guaranteed’s day to day operations, from implementation to ongoing management, owning and operating our growing list of markets, and operationalizing strategic initiatives to drive our mission forward by improving outcomes and reducing healthcare cost.
Key Responsibilities
Own Guaranteed’s daily market operations and care delivery model, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, while managing operational budgets
Drive key strategic initiatives to optimize patient experience, care team performance, and cost management.
Implement data-driven decision-making processes and performance tracking metrics to manage operational success
Partner with New Markets to drive expansion efforts, including launching new markets, developing operational infrastructure to support rapid scaling while maintaining quality
Ensure regulatory compliance with all state and federal healthcare laws and guidelines.
Provide leadership, oversight and management of team and individual team members on team / organizational performance initiatives
Skills and Toolset You’ll Need to Bring
10 years of operational leadership experience in healthcare
Experience in a fast-paced, venture backed startup, including significant experience in VBC or population health / managed care with a care delivery component
Proven success in managing performance on value-based contracts, including shared savings, risk-sharing, and capitated models.
Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and performance measurement.
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and execute strategic initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
