Through this joint venture, Guaranteed Rate Affinity provides mortgage origination services to the clients of more than 700 Coldwell Banker and select Sotheby’s International Realty offices owned by NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Anywhere and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources.

What’s the Role?
Guaranteed Rate Affinity is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our innovative and passionate team.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the business on a daily basis by providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains all departmental records and provide administrative support.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Assist with meeting coordination and maintain calendars / scheduling.
- Manage and organize the daily calendar for the department demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
- Assist with implementing an effective communication strategy within the department.
- Thoroughly research and respond to questions and requests from managers and employees
- Other administrative duties as assigned by Leadership.
- May assist with special projects as needed.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organizations.
- Participation in general administrative duties, distributing mail, ad-hoc projects, committees and/or group events.
- Promote a fun and team-oriented work environment.

Required Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience or similar office experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite

Compensation: Hourly
Employees are eligible to receive a base pay range of $31.25 - $36.06 hourly wage (and as applicable by state and federal law).
