Must have a minimum of 3 years recent mortgage leadership experience, be well established in the market and be able to assist our business development team with great loan officers. The best suited candidates will also be fully knowledgeable in today's traditional loan programs and strong in your ability to keep a loan origination team continuously motivated and in a positive mind-set to continue helping each with their professional success!
We offer a very competitive salary along with team production override and personal loan production comp (if you are planning to self-originate).
Must have an active NMLS license (state specific approval in California) and be able to travel locally to several locations throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties and light travel occasional to Orange and LA Counties. Reliable transportation is a must.
