About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Loan Origination Assistant to join our team. In this critical role, you will support the growth and success of our mortgage origination services by providing exceptional support to our Vice Presidents of Mortgage Lending and other teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Vice Presidents of Mortgage Lending with various tasks related to increasing production, efficiency, and quality of work
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and social media content creation to enhance brand awareness and community involvement
- Manage databases, track leads, and follow up on preapprovals and closings
- Develop and execute business plans, including lead generation ideas and strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years related experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, loan origination systems, and CRM software
