What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Guaranteed Service?
GUARANTEED SERVICE is a full-service Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Company that services most of New Jersey and Staten Island. We are looking for a highly professional and efficient Dispatcher to join our growing team. We focus on residential, and some light commercial. We provide maintenance, service, and installation for our customers’ Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, dispatching, rescheduling appointments throughout the day based on technician skill set and geography.
- Making late/early calls throughout the day to maximize technician schedules.
- Communicating with both customers and technicians to ensure that time frames are met, and calls are appropriately completed.
- Preparing schedules within our software for the month for each technician.
- MUST have experience with Service Titan Software.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, geographical routes, and upcoming appointments.
- Ability to multitask with different and sometimes conflicting events simultaneously.
- Ability to relay information in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
