Inside Sales Representative
Guaranteed Supply Company, a third generation, family-owned leading distributor of construction materials in the southeast, is seeking a talented inside/counter sales representatives to join our team at our Fayetteville, NC location! No prior experience needed, but a customer service mindset is required - come with a positive attitude and we will train you!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $16-17/hr quarterly commissions program
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Greet and assist walk-in customers with their purchases
· Receive purchase orders in-person, via phone and email
· Enter purchase orders into the system to create tickets and invoices
· Work closely with the warehouse team to provide customers with timely service, including operating a forklift to pull product when needed
· Follow up on quote requests and purchase orders as needed
· Route new opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure
· Help keep the showroom stocked and neatly organized
Experience and Skill Requirements
· Counter sales experience preferred but not required
· Prior experience in customer service preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
· Bilingual a plus
