Responsibilities :

• Monitor the current list of SMB accounts for training and demo opportunities.
• Review expected loss ratios (ELR) of SMB accounts to meet company goals.
• Complete demonstrations to new SMB accounts and monitor ongoing support.
• Become an advocate for our SMB accounts.
• Respond to Customer Success requests for SMB assistance.
• Track data and conversion rates to understand trends from SMB accounts.
• Coordinate with product and sales leadership for enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing for website enhancements.

The base salary range is between $70,000 - $75,000 annually (with OTE at $110,000 first year).

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and current market data and may vary from the range above.
