TITLE : Regional Administrative Specialist
JOB FAMILY : Commercial Lending
DEPARTMENT : Lending
PAY GRADE & FLSA : 5, Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY :
The Regional Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercial lending team by researching and resolving loan related concerns for the entity and its customers. This role will assist in coordinating deposit accounts and special assets as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Initiate contact with borrowers and / or appropriate lenders regarding past due loan accounts.
- Conduct research as needed for lien releases, loans or deposit statements.
- Respond to various inquires and requests from customers.
- Initiate and generate wire requests as needed.
- Posts loan payments and work with loan admin or group to research discrepancies.
- Responds to ticklers and loan exception requests.
- Coordinate meetings, special events and internal admin support.
- Prepare agendas and recordkeeping for required meetings.
- Participate in community functions and events.
- Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position.
