As an Office Manager, you will wear many hats from guiding day to day closings and office operations to coaching and collaborating on strategies to expand our market presence.
Coaching and Communication
- Ability to generate commitment, motivate and coach staff
- Develop employees by example, appropriate direction, communication, support, delegation, coaching and objective feedback on performance
- Effective conflict resolution and negotiating skills
Results Oriented
- Execute a plan to achieve sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
- Execute workflow changes to maximize resources while retaining or enhancing value for our customers
- Resolve problems or issues that are external/internal in a timely manner
Customer Focus, Sales & Marketing
- Develop areas of improvement for a customer-focused culture within offices and for employees
- Work with regional manager to plan, develop, organize and execute educational opportunities for customers
- Work with regional manager to develop and execute annual sales and marketing plan to obtain market growth and expansion
Decision Making
- Assist regional manager in preparing, monitoring, and reviewing annual budget for office
- Assist regional manager to develop annual strategic goals and objectives for branch office
Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and promote quality of title product/service required by underwriter, customers and Guaranty Closing and Title Service corporate guidelines. Comply with state and federal laws.
- Achieve a level of professional/technical competence required to perform and/or manage all aspects of the job through continuing education
- Previous title and/or banking experience preferred
- Previous experience building relationships required
- Previous management experience required
- Computer experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to process, evaluate, document, record and organize information in a timely manner.
- Use logical reasoning to problem solve
- Resourceful, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Obtain title license and notary (when appropriate)
