Your Role:
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with vehicle inquiries, test drives, and sales processes.
You will recommend vehicles and financing options based on customer needs, budget, and lifestyle.
You will provide accurate pricing, financing terms, and trade-in appraisals.
You will work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
You will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and needs throughout the purchasing journey.
You will build long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty through excellent service and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency, including dealership management systems
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and current vehicle offerings is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; sales certifications are a plus
