Your Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with service inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Recommend services and repairs based on customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer guidelines
- Provide accurate estimates and follow through on the completion of services
- Communicate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing concerns
- Build long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty
What You'll Bring
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing automotive service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency, including service management software
- Knowledge of automotive services and repairs is a plus
- DealerTrack and xTime experience a plus, but not necessary.
- High school diploma or GED required; automotive certifications are a plus
