Job Summary:

Guard Armed Security is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience and a strong commitment to maintaining security standards across our site. This is a full-time position with the following required availability:

• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Monday and Tuesday: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage security personnel during designated shifts.

• Ensure all security protocols and policies are followed to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Monitor security systems and address any incidents or issues as they arise.

• Conduct regular inspections and rounds as required.

• Provide leadership, training, and support to the security team.

• Maintain accurate records and incident reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of management experience in security or a related field.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Clean criminal background (background check will be conducted).

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum required.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $25 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.
