We're looking for a vibrant, organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator for immediate hire!
Snapshot of tasks/duties:
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timelines
- Sales Admin Support: Provide assistance to sales teams through administrative work and communication (no actual sales needed)
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support when needed
- Order Management: Handle recurring orders from key partners
- Reporting: Assist in generating internal reports
- Inventory Management: Keep inventory portals updated
- Order Optimization: Address discrepancies and optimize order fulfillment
- New Customer Onboarding: Manage new customer documentation
- Order Follow-Up: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment
- Logistics Oversight: Monitor transportation portals for assigned carriers
- Label Creation: Generate shipping labels
- Communication: Keep stakeholders informed and address issues
- Payment Handling: Manage and processing payments
- Invoice Management: Organize processed invoices
- Logistics Coordination: Obtain ETA and inventory updates
- Shipping Expertise: Utilize Shipstation for shipping quotes
- SOP Maintenance: Assist in SOP creation and updates
