Job Title: Implementation & Customer Solutions Lead
Location: Lindon, UT (Primarily in-office with flexible remote options when needed)

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Onboarding:
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure smooth implementations.
- Train and guide customers, driving product adoption.
Sales Support & Demos:
- Join sales demos to provide technical insights and answer product questions.
- Build and manage demo environments to support sales and trials.
Customer Support:
- Serve as the main contact for customer support, ensuring timely responses.
- Scale and improve support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Product Feedback:
- Gather and relay customer feedback to engineering and sales.
- Help shape the product roadmap based on customer needs.
Startup Flexibility:
- Contribute to other areas like sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Take on tasks that support overall growth and company success.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years in tech sales, implementation, customer success, customer support, or a related technical role.
- Strong technical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas.
- Proven customer focus with a track record of driving exceptional experiences.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary to support customers during live events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in live events, venue operations, or entertainment.
- SaaS experience or working with complex software systems.
- Demonstrated leadership or career growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $40,000 - $70,000 (based on experience). As a bootstrapped startup, we recognize that our salaries are lower but offer equity to provide long-term growth potential. This is an opportunity to join early and play a critical role in shaping Guard IQ's success.
