Job Description :
- We are seeking dependable, and driven individuals for our security position
- Security Guard must maintain and preserve the community, by providing unparalleled service on a consistent and timely basis.
- It is our duty to welcome potential residents, guests and visitors as they arrive.
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits.
- Watch for irregular and or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot at designated intervals.
- Must be able to investigate and record incidents properly
- Security Guard must be able to multi task and problem solve
- Must possess excellent customer service and communicative skills.
- Security Guard has to be Computer literate; and possess basic knowledge of computer functions
