Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable, professional, and dedicated Armed Security Guards to become part of our dynamic team. Our ideal candidates will embody our core values, deliver top-notch protection through their visible presence, and maintain a safe environment for everyone. This position includes rigorous, paid training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain Visible Security:
• Patrol assigned areas to deter criminal behavior and ensure a secure environment.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to potential threats, prioritizing the safety of clients and customers.
• Client & Community Interaction:
• Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering trust and rapport with clients, visitors, and community members.
• Collaborate with suite holders and business owners to assess their security needs.
• Emergency Response:
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, adhering to established protocols.
• Assist with evacuations, administer first aid, and manage crisis situations as necessary.
• Surveillance & Reporting:
• Monitor security systems and conduct regular inspections of assigned areas.
• Accurately document incidents and report any suspicious activities or breaches.
• Escort & Crowd Management:
• Provide escort services for individuals when needed.
• Manage crowds and maintain order during events or busy periods.
• Adherence to Training & Protocols:
• Complete our intensive, paid training program to stay updated on security best practices, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Rigorously adhere to protocols while on duty, ensuring both personal and public safety.

Qualifications & Expectations:

• Reliability & Professionalism:
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to duty are essential.
• Skill Set:
• Previous armed security experience is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing patrol duties for extended periods.
• Communication & Integrity:
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage respectfully with diverse groups.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct aligned with our faith and family values.
• Commitment to Visibility:
• Recognize the importance of a visible security presence in preventing incidents and creating a safe environment.
• Licensing & Certifications:
• Must possess a current armed security guard license as mandated by state law.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain any additional certifications as required.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.46 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
