We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. If you’re passionate about resident care, staff leadership, and clinical excellence, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and support caregiving staff
- Coordinate resident care with families, physicians, and providers
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Participate in on-call nursing support (rotating on-call is paid in addition to regular salary)
- Ensure policies, safety, and clinical standards are met
What You Bring:
- Current RN license (or ability to obtain)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (geriatric care preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
