About the Role:
As a Hiring Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us meet weekly hiring goals and ensure a steady stream of amazing caregivers to serve our clients. This position requires high energy, a knack for connecting with people, and a passion for driving success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Write and manage engaging job ads.
- Screen, interview, and onboard applicants.
- Conduct background checks and lead new hire orientations.
- Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to identify staffing needs.
- Represent Guardian Angel at job fairs and community events.
- Manage applicant outreach, including social media and employment sites.
- Ensure accurate data entry for new hires.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, personable, and tech-savvy with social media and employment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Recruitment experience preferred; home care background is a bonus.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment that involves heavy phone and computer use.
Schedule & Employment Type:
- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekends as needed
- Full-Time, Exempt
