Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs to lead fulfilling lives.
Duties
- Provide assistance with daily living activities
- Administer medications as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with patient observation and monitoring
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Support individuals in activities within their home and community
- Possess CPR certification for emergency situations
- Work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Ability to lift and assist individuals as required
Qualifications
- Experience in nursing, home care, or assisted living is preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Ability to clean and maintain a hygienic environment
- Familiarity with working with people with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care
- Certification in CPR is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
