We are seeking an experienced financial advisor to assist our clients in designing and implementing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating successful and long term advising relationships, 4-6 years of insurance sales experience, excellent communication skills, and while a Bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred, it is not required. Applicant will obtain necessary licenses including General Lines : Life, Accident, Health and HMO in applicable states. Valid professional license, CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required. Apply now!

Compensation :

60,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
  • Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
  • Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
  • Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
  • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
  • Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities
  • Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets, and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
  • Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions
  • Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals
  • Customize financial plans for each client based on their professional / work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs

Qualifications :

  • Exemplary communication skills, math skills, relationship skills, and customer service skills are vital
  • Previous success in financial services as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is needed
  • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required
  • Valid professional license CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are required
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Financial Planning software, Google Suite, and other tools is strongly preferred
  • Superior communication, relationship-building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients
  • Valid FINRA Series 7 & 66 preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will obtain the necessary insurance license
  • Working knowledge of financial products, the financial industry personal Financial Advisor or responsibilities, or Financial Planning roles is essential
  • Relevant, successful, proven work-related experience is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similarly related field is preferred but not required
