This position involves creating and maintaining relationships with golf course partners, hiring and managing a team, hosting outreach events at our golf course partners and beyond, and identifying community outreach programs to engage local veterans and first responders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate outreach team activities.
- Establish territories, quotas, and goals for the outreach team.
- Analyze outreach statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Report on team and individual performance.
- Develop, implement, and oversee a training program for outreach staff to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Work closely with the executive team to contribute to strategic planning and policy development.
- Regularly liaise with key community stakeholders to inform them of our activities and foster strong collaborative relationships.
- Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Experience as a supervisor or manager.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience managing outreach or community-based initiatives within the non-profit sector is a significant asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, adapt to changing circumstances, and respond to new needs.

Compensation: $94,000-$145,000 annually (salary/bonuses combined. Compensation is heavily performance-based and can be greater)
